How much does a system or website cost?
It depends on the scope. After the free assessment, we send a proposal with the setup cost and the monthly fee, which can include hosting, support and ongoing improvements.
How long does it take?
A website usually takes a few weeks. Systems depend on complexity and are delivered in stages, with timelines set in the proposal.
Is the data mine?
Yes. Your business data and your customers' data belong to you. We don't sell it or use it for anything else, and you have access to your system's dashboard.
What if I want to leave one day?
You can leave whenever you want: there are no lock-in contracts. If the system runs on your own hosting, the data is already with you; if it runs on ours, we hand over a full export in a standard format. When you leave, you only stop receiving ongoing services, like support, maintenance and evolution, and features that depend on our infrastructure, like the AI assistant.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. You tell us what the system needs to do, and we take care of how to build it.
Do you work with companies in other countries?
Yes. We work remotely, in Portuguese, Spanish or English, so we also work with companies outside Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Spain. In those cases, we'll agree on time zones for meetings and check which payment methods and integrations are available in your country.
